Certification is subject to the full requirements set out in your certification agreement. Certificates remain the property of Veritas Absoluta™ and may be suspended or withdrawn in accordance with our certification scheme rules.
Verification data published to the Global Verification Registry™ is accurate to the best of our knowledge. Veritas Absoluta™ makes no warranty as to the conduct or performance of certified organisations beyond the certification scope.

Veritas Absoluta™ is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on certification status information.
These terms are governed by English law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
