Our bespoke process

How custom certification works

Submit enquiry

Tell us what you need certified and against which standard or framework. If the standard doesn't exist yet, describe your requirements and we'll develop a scheme.

Feasibility review

Our technical team reviews your request within 3 working days. We assess whether we can certify against the standard, and what a conformity audit would involve.

Scheme development

For truly novel standards, we work with you to define the certification criteria, audit methodology and scope boundaries. This typically takes 5–15 working days.

04
Quotation & agreement

You receive a fixed-price quotation. On acceptance, your certification file is opened in the platform and the process proceeds as with any standard certification.

05
Audit & issue

An accredited auditor conducts the assessment. On successful completion, a full Veritas Absoluta™ certificate is issued — with VeritasSeal™, TrustChain™ anchor and GVR™ publication.

How long does custom certification take?

For standards already in our extended portfolio, 4–8 weeks from application. For truly novel proprietary schemes, add 1–3 weeks for scheme development.

What if my standard doesn't exist yet?

We can develop a certification scheme from scratch. You provide your requirements; our technical team produces an audit methodology and you review it before any commitment.

Is a custom cert publicly verifiable?

Yes — exactly like any other Veritas Absoluta™ certificate. It gets a VeritasSeal™, appears on the GVR™, and is TrustChain™ anchored. The standard name is displayed exactly as you specify.

What are the costs?

Custom certification is quoted individually based on scheme complexity and audit days. Submit your enquiry and we'll provide a fixed-price quotation within 3 working days.
